- The Data Controller shall process your personal data for the proper performance of the contract, for billing and tax purposes, and for any claim assertion. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data shall be Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
- The following entities shall be the recipients of your personal data: the entities to which we are obliged to transfer your data on the basis of applicable laws, including but not limited to the Tax Office, as well as entities providing the Data Controller with, inter alia, the following services: accounting and financial services, IT, legal services, banking services, debt recovery, courier services, postal services, document archiving and disposal.

- The provision of your personal data is voluntary but necessary for entering into and performance of the contract.
- Your personal data shall be stored for the duration of the contract and after its termination, in connection with the fulfilment of archiving obligations or until the expiry of the limitation period for any contractual claims.
